Meet The Team
Kiki Perez
Founder and Creative Director
Founded FCD in 2017 in Boston, Ma and has created projects all over the country ever since. With a fine arts degree, Kiki likes to combine texture and color to create sophisticated homes that represent her clients personality and lifestyle. In her new endeavor, she designs and manufacturers an Italian made custom luxury linen line called, Creatif Linen.
Skyy Ramos
Stylist and Project Manager
Skyy is the right hand and the left hand of FCD. When he's not acting or modeling, he is making sure our projects are in order and well taken care of. He brings stylist fashion insight to every project and can also handle every power tool.

Contractor and Design Implementer
Israel is our exclusive in house contractor. He brings Kiki's crazy design requests into reality. There's nothing Israel can't do! We joined forces two years ago and since then, excellent and sophisticated designs have come to life. With his world class service, Israel brings a top notch experience to our clients. Making IMF Strategic Developments a premier construction company in the Massachusetts area.
