I created this drink in homage to the town that I live in, Boston. The Green Monster is a nickname for a 37 feet tall green wall in left field at Fenway Park. This is also a cool drink for St. Patrick's Day instead of having green beer. It's refreshing and light, so here is how I made it.

First you have to make the simple syrup equal parts sugar and water, let the sugar dissolve. I did 1 1/2 cups of each.
Second puree 3 cucumbers with a cup of water. Keep some of the peel that is what gives the drink a vibrant green color. Strain the mixture to get the pulp out, however keep some to top the drink off at the end.
Third, mix the simple syrup and cucumber water together in a pitcher or bowl. Then in a cup of ice pour in 1 oz of lime vodka. As you can see I used Absolute, but you can use any lime vodka of your choice. Pour the cucumber mixture about half way in the glass, and top off with prosecco. Lastly, add 2 drops/dashes of sriracha hot sauce. Garnish with the cucumber pulp and a cucumber slice on the rim.
